Need better quality control for digital ...

Need better quality control for digital items. The battery acids leaked all over the battery metals causing the device to not work on the leapfrog tag junior. I was able to clean the metal attachments with white vinegar to free up the battery acid deposit. Its working , but the computer plug in still does not work to upload more books, but at least vinegar saved the device making it semi-functional.
