The seller was slow to ship and sent me information about Lasek eye surgery rather than responded about when my item would be shipped. When we were trying to come to a resolution concerning my missing items the seller was unresponsive except to tell me that I should call him. This entire transaction has been terrible. I filed a police report in order to be refunded.

Hard to set up
WPS quick set up didn't work
Manual set up also didn't
So I had to call them
Long wait time
Finally w support it worked
Took me 2 hours to set up:(
