Good idea, but doesn't perform well.
Suction is slow, much easier just to use saliva ejector... I guess in times of emergency it is better than nothing.
Perhaps less holes would allow for stronger suction. I do have a powerful safe suction device 4HP apollo, so for offices with even weaker suction this would actually slow you down. I typically use saliva ejector as my retraction and it protects patient and me especially because keeping suction in the mouth does help to reduce aerosols as much as possible. We do use an extra oral aerosol machine in addition to capture the droplets that escape oral cavity.

Best value longer life.
Get this one. The price is way better and it has lasted WAY longer than the others.
