good product
This is a staple in my morning regime in lieu of taking a med for my anxiety. It works well + the price for 240 caps is amazing.

A must have book for any golfer regardless of their level
This book is a must read for any serious golfer but also will help any golfer who is interested in enjoying this great game - the authors provide a simple "game plan" to allow you to play and enjoy your golf game. This book is not a how-to on technique but on your mental state. It's a very easy and quick read. They provide you with ideas that can be implemented immediately to get to
"Point A".
I put it into use yesterday and play the first nine holes with "freedom" - yes there were a few wayward shots mostly due to the windy conditions but there were several great shots that I visualized before I hit them - great feeling when that happens and it did more frequently than before reading this book. I did notice that when I lost my concentration due to very slow play, I played poorly and was able to get back to Point A for a few later holes.

seems to work
MD told me to increase my prebiotic intake since Celiac's have a hard time getting enough fiber without consuming massive amounts of certain foods. This is an easy way to increase and a much cheaper product than Thorne's arabinogalactan. I have noticed an inc. in bowel movements so it seems to be helping.
