Good knowledge

I've used the salt/sugar curing method and the smoking method. The salt/sugar mix was over powering but it did cure the meat. Smoking was better flavor but the meat didn't last as long as I had hoped.

Looked good but unit has internal damage.

Cheaper to buy a new one then repair this one. Description said it was new but i took it out today to use it and the chain won't engage. Took it to the local shop. The internals are busted and it would be cheaper to buy a new one then repair this one.
