Check age / eligibility date for BenchVue DMM app on older meters.
The meter is okay but I have found the Keysight company not very supportive. They have included the BenchVue DMM app license at no charge with this meter since about 2019 if I understand correctly but they will not provide it for free to older meters. If you need to use BenchVue, verify the age and eligibility of the meter before purchasing a used one.
