Cheap and works
I found it easiest to pull the passengers side fan to access the mount. I also had to take the bracket off the engine. The nut for the cross bolt does not rotate so just undo the cross bolt and slide it out to get to the other bolt that holds the mount on the frame. Took about an hour and a half.
