Seezed after 3 ueses... Read more on how to fix.
1 of 1 found this helpful I uses this on thin aluminum tubing three times it seized. I took it apart. It had two problems
1) Not nearly enough lubrication.
2) the main shaft was not machined for the bushing. Instead they ground it and not very true. The diameter varied as much as 20 thousands and the grind was very coarse. Thus the shaft seized in the bushing.
To fix it i reground the shaft high points and smoothed it. Then used marine quality wheel bearing grease on the shaft and bushing. It now works. If i have more problems i will make a new shaft that is machined to the right diameter.

Good Cable
THis is good cable reasonably priced. Can quickly.

Not the style I was looking for.
Textured flat black. With a recessed top. Was hoping for a curved top that would me more like the oem ones with out the Kia lettering.
