  Seller claims he was selling for someone else and didn't check the power supply. It wasn't new and was missing cables, extra cables pouch, power cord and mounting screws along with being scratched up in shipping by random pc back plate thrown in for good measure. I'm giving a neutral feedback because even though the seller quickly refunded me, he didn't check what he was selling and I'm forced to start a search again. Also, I paid immediately but the seller didn't leave me feedback.
