Syma X5SW WIFI FPV 2.4Ghz 4CH 6-Axis RC Quadcopter Drone 2MP Camera HD White RTF

Low Price FPV that really works!
First thing I have to say, is that I have been flying RC for quite some time (fixed wing and helis), and I can tell you the Syma flys well. I have had bigger quadcopters, and this will not replace a professional rig my any extent of the imagination. Now for what it can do:
Firstly, this heli is pretty easy to fly, and has characteristics similar to smaller quadcopters. I could easily fly it in the house within a 2 foot cube, but I am good with the sticks. Speaking of sticks, the transmitter feels a bit cheap, but works well. I had a sticky stick, and was able to correct it by removing the covering plate, and turning it around to another position, no problem at all.
FPV: This works well, and although I have not found it's range yet, it appears to be pretty clear, as well as it being very capable. The video is only VGA level, but is very useful. I was impressed with the all in one WiFi and camera so much, I bought 2 more camera units to retrofit on other RC vehicles. The smartphone clip works great, and I have a big phone, no problems.
The quad appears to be plenty durable, but definitely not indestructible. The blade guards are a bit light and flexible, but seem to be adequate for the job. I am sure you will break it with a full on crash, but it can handle smaller crashes. I have not had any problem, and have only had a minor crash with no damage at all.
The charger has a lot to be desired, though it works, the charge time is very long, and there are better alternatives. The heli flys about 8 minutes, but there is room for 2 batteries in the compartment, so the flight times can be extended.
This heli has geared motors, and is extremely light, so careful in the wind. The motors and gears lift it off the ground, and it hovers nicely. The low rates are too cushy, but good for a novice to fly. High rates are good, and I recommend a calm day to fly outdoors.
Overall, very nice, and I recommend it for a first quadcopter, or in the flying field!

Mini Nano Cheerson CX10C CX-10C RC Quadcopter Drone w/ 0.3MP Camera RTF Mode 2
Dec 18, 2015
Another winner for Cheerson Nano quads!
This is the third in a line, there was the CX-10, The CX-10A and the CX-10C. The major difference from the other CX's, is the camera. The camera produces 640X480 video, and still photos. The optics are good, and for a low res camera, this is very good. I wouldn't start a production studio with it, but videos at the park would be nice!
Flying is great! The gyro keeps it stable, though I recommend high rates outside. The CX-10C flies much like a larger one, so your skills will transfer to a bigger quad later. This is a tough little copter, and will survive many hard landings (some of you call them crashes). The props get the worst of it, so keep some spares for that time.
