  I received the wrong skis and contacted the seller to see how they wanted to proceed. After a few days I hadn't received any communication from the seller so I initiated a return through ebay who then gives the seller a few more days to respond...again no communication from the seller. Fortunately ebay intervened and I was able to return the wrong product for a full refund. Through this whole process the seller offered no communication whatsoever.
