Perfect for small scale cooking of ANYTHING!

I can't find any cons...........this little thing is fabulous for cooking for me and my wife. I've tried a couple other non-exposed element cooking plates but they would not get hot enough. But the first thing I did was do deep fried oysters for my wife. Quick to heat up and held the heat. It's only my wife and I so I don't need a full stove and this thing is the perfect small scale stove. Tomorrow...........spaghetti for two................
