Great value and quality
2 of 2 found this helpful When i first was looking at this item , i thought i was going to bend it with no issue whatsoever. I was even thinking of starting out with the 60kg. This item is no joke , when you first get it you will struggle with this item and it will be a great starting point to proceed with the higher weight power twisters.
As far as this power twister goes , it's high quality , 30kg force as advertised and it is not EASY. Handles are durable and don't slip. Looking forward to see the results and eventually buy the 50 kg version.
Overall , if you're looking to start out with your very own first power twister , i recommend you start out with the 30kg and then doing a jump to the 50kg once you can do about 100 reps no problem.

Twice or three times more powerful than the plastic ones.
I switched from the force ball to this , after going back to the forceball to see how much my grip and forearm has improved , the forceball felt like a mere toy in comparison. Definitely a worthwhile purchase and something that you can make use of where ever you are. Even small hand spinning movements is enough to make this ball super hard to hold. Very happy with the purchase.
