  The headset is not in working condition. The right side of the headset is not functioning. The product’s condition does not match the listing description.

  The headset was in proper working order when I sent it to the intermediary that you requested receive it in New York. I checked it with the portable aviation radio before the auction. I never would have put it up for auction if it was not functioning. I cannot be held responsible for its condition when you had someone else take it from New York and deliver it to you in Thailand. My responsibilities ended when it was received in proper working order in New York.
