Strange Customer, first of all took 3 days to pay after me reminding him, and then he kept asking for tracking updates despite no issues and then he eas demanding feedback before the item was showing as delivered and then accused me of BLACKMAIL, possible SCAM? Very strange do not like hid attitude AVOID doing business with this guy.

This is the international version.
This an international version, which is has some issues with signal quality if used in the USA.
Besides it can't be upgraded by the firmware of the US product.
I don't recommend it. I buy two pcs and they are useless.

it is band new,
working perfect no problem at all.
i recommend if you need to replace your motherboard.
