  The sole of the boots, which were sold as brand new, came off on the second walk, see the photos. I immediately notified the seller, he did not respond, I tried to contact him every 2 days, but he did not respond. He blocked the possibility of returning it on e-bay. unethical, garbage dr.barefott. I do not recommend it.

  Worst experience ever. Bad communication took forever to post item and only seemed to post it once i got ebay involved. Took ages to arrive and after wearing boots a few times they started to come apart. Not what you would expect from a pair of vivo boots! Contacted ebay to get a refund. I am still waiting to hear back from seller and am now going to have to get ebay to step in yet again. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SELLER!!!!

  Hi, sorry you are unhappy with the shoes. Orders (including this one) will be send within the timeframe as specified in the ad. Please be aware of this before placing an order. I am sad that you refused to amend this review even after you have received a FULL refund of the shoes for the damage they incurred.
