4 of 4 found this helpful You need a glitter glue to apply it as mentioned, is like a gel very easy to use and then you apply the glitter and the effect is amazing. If you apply eyeshadow first it looks even better. It can be use as a liner or the entire eyelid, many ways I really loved this product.
