Complete kit and quick installation
Complete kit down to the nuts, bolts and cable ties! Nothing additional needed to get it installed.
The good:
- clear instructions
- quick installation
- cable lengths and wiring connectors are an OEM match.
- pin lengths are also an OEM match
- complete kit down to the wire ties needed to hold the cables in place
- fast up/down cycle time
The bad - none.
Though an updated listing picture would make it perfect.
- The pictured switch had up/down icons. The provided switch had no markings but fits and works fine.
- The pictured spacers were metal. The included ones were plastic, likely done so that they could be trimmed to make a perfect fit (which I did).
- The listing picture doesn't show the power relays but they are required and they are included
Some installation tips:
- have a PVC pipe cutter or utility knife to trim the spacer to exact length
- the installation is easier if you have assistance for lifting the bed/inserting the cylinder pins. About 5 minutes of someones time.
- the electrical connectors on your gator may be clogged with dirt. Mine didn't have the connector caps and were caked in mud. A pick tool and some compressed air cleaned them out before I connected the lift kit.
Other than that, it was unpacked and installed is less than 30 minutes.

Good enough video
Only 720p, rather than 1080p, but good enough to tell who opened the garage door. Had to add an antenna ($3), but that was the reason for the reduced price. Connected without a problem.

Cheap CPU upgrade and bonus hobbyist board
Got this as an inexpensive way to upgrade the CPU in another machine. Took the sower CPU from my now upgraded motherboard and put it into this one. now I have a little embedded system to run Linux on.
