Best Card Sleeves there are
Basically that, these are like the UltraPro Mattes, but somehow way nicer, like WAY nicer. I was skeptical at first of how much better they could be, then I got my hands on them, definitely worth investing in.

If I could "Maybe" Recommend it I would.
If you know what you're getting yourself into, and realize that what you are buying here is a cheaply made soldering kit, then this can be an acceptable kit for use in a pinch or just like a few projects.
Firstly, the iron, its crappy of course, when you plug it in the first time it WILL (probably) start smoking like crazy, billowing plumes of smoke. These go away, and appeared to only smell bad but cause not actual harm to the iron, Probably some oils burning off of it from its construction.
The Digital Multimeter is really again another supreme example of cheap crap that still functions. The female connectors on the multimeter are really bad and may require opening up and fixing the connections, like when you plug in the leads it can not make a good connection sometimes and may require some tinkering. I believe some of the modes read weird on it, but I don't have another one handy to compare with. It works, I used it to build a headphone amp and read all of the resistors with it and checked my voltages afterwards and whatnot, so it works, just like the soldering iron does, surprisingly well for the cost, but not for someone who will use it often.
If you know what you're getting yourself into and don't expect something fancy for the $20 you're paying, this can be a great value.
