Unsteady
It’s unstable if you put anything slightly heavy eg large pack of soap powder. It’s ok for light weight things but you have to watch everything is balanced. I will use it but wouldn’t buy it again.

Setting up is long winded @nd not smooth
A bit of a faff setting it up. Said it couldn’t locate my wife yet wifi button fully lit? Why do HP need to know so much about us when simply buying a product. Why can’t we plug in and go like the old days? I really do think its an intrusion of privacy and feel big brother (HP) in this case is watching us. I suppose all the other makers ate the same trying to get us to buy their very expensive ink. Early days yet to really know whether it is good value.
