Suction Control Valve SCV TOYOTA Corolla Avensis Rav4 Auris Verso 294200-0300

Excellent product

Fitted the SCV to a Rav 4 2.2 diesel common rail engine. The engine had issues starting when cold and would cut out when idling and the odd time would go into limp mode. No faults would show up when taken into garage. There's a piston inside the scv that wears and the fuel pressure drops due the the piston sticking. Often mechanics over look the SCV. It's only a 5 min job to replace just two bolts at the side Of The fuel pump. Just be careful with the seals don't rip when putting back in lubricate with diesel. Retighten the Two bolts. Give the fuel filter a few pumps to send the diesel back around and away you go. The same part in Toyota garage will cost you 300 and another 50 euros for fitting. You can do it yourself in 10 min.

Too dull

Bulb gives a decent blue beam but unfortunately it’s not strong enough. When driving towards on coming cars your light is almost nonexistent compared to the other vehicle. Just stick with the white extra bright bulbs

For great vision

I took out the stanard H7 out of a 08 bmw 520d and replaced them with the Philips buld. It made a great difference.
