Original Omron accessory - Not a copy This larger has eliminated all the errors because of its ease in fitting
If the standard cuff is a bit fiddly to fit to upper arm then I would recommend you get the larger cuff.

Simple straight swap.
Very, very easy to fit. It was a straight swap without having to make any adjustments to the dish.
Fortunately I live in a bungalow and all I needed was a stepladder and a flatblade screwdriver to 'pop' off the failed LNB
