Essential spare part
1 of 1 found this helpful I can't remember the last time I changed the gasket - and what a difference a new one makes! Rather than waiting for the pressure to build up in the cooker, releasing steam as it does so, the lid fitted with the new gasket produces a tight seal, and pressure builds up in the cooker immediately. Super efficient, saves on time, electricity - and money, in the long run.
