genuine g.m. quality
These are a very good quality product with a perfect fit, but what would you expect from oe parts? Only negatives were price and lack of installation instructions.

nice product, lousy manual
This is a well made unit with solid components, but thank God I've done these installs before! If one had to rely on the included manual to install and program the system It may stay in the box and in default mode for a while. I understand this is a global product, but the translations in the manual where so poor I dug out a manual for a different system I installed a few years ago and managed to figure out the programming with it.
Meanwhile the seller was as helpful and gracious throughout the buying process as you could possibly ask for.
