GE6as7gA tube
It’s an average sounding tube, doesn’t excel in any area, cheap and ok for the price.

They're ok but there's better out there.
I purchased these based on good reviews but find them not to be the best plug out there. The main problems I have with them are:
1. The plug doesn't clamp well on the Phono socket, they wobble if you move them.
2. I dislike the rubber strain relief on the plug, it slips out of the back of the plug and can be difficult to get back in when cabled.
3. The plastic grip inside the plug that holds the cable is fiddly to fit.
4. I used Van Damme cable at just over 6mm and it wouldn't push through the plug - there is a plastic part inside which is supposed to go over the cable but doesn't so I had to force it out to fit the cable.

Nice little tube!
Bought this to replace the stock one I had in my BH Crack headphone amp. Paired with the Svetlana winged c tube, the combination sounds nicely detailed and clean. I can live with these tubes for quite a long time to come.
