NeilMed Sinus Rinse 60 Sachets kit & 240ml bottle natural saline nasal sinurinse

Really great product

Not that long time ago I realized that I am addicted to nasal sprays and after I decided to quit this unhealthy and really annoying habit I searched after what can I use to clean my nostrils. So option one was sea water sprays, but after I tried it I found uncomfortable to use (especially not that great if the salty solution flows down on my throat and makes me caugh). Option two was the NeilMed sinus rinse and I found it much better. Easy to use, helps on dryness and maybe won't help instantly on blocked nose, but now that it's my 2nd week of using daily I feel that the more I use the more it helps to unblock (I mean if you do it as daily habit to clean your nostrils once/twice a day it acts better than if you use it less often). Maybe it is because during winter the heating of house cause dry air and if you breath that the inside of nostrils gonna be dry too, so I believe it is really a good idea to use this product more often at this season to keep the inside of your nose wet enough. And when it's better weather and we don't have to use heating anymore then can use it just weekly once. Anyway I think I am gonna stick to this product and make a part of my daily hygiene acts.

Must have for post-partum

Was skeptical about how good it can be when preparing for post-partum, but I have to say this item together with my peri-bottle purchase was totally worth it. I had no tearing, no stitches, just some papercuts down there, and unfortunately a pretty inflamed hemorrhoid. I brought this with me to the hospital and started to use it straight after being able to use the loo alone again and it definitely soothed down there after the initial stingy sensation (I directly sprayed it onto myself most of the time, or sometimes onto my maternity pad). I am pretty sure it made me heal quicker, now I am 2 weeks post-partum and I don't really use it anymore as I feel pretty comfortable without it. Would definitely recommend and if I have another child I will be sure to use this again.
