Good pump but sticky. Bottle exploded.

Pumped the recommended 30 times and the plastic bottle failed next to the weak spot created by the scale markings on the bottle. Sub standard plastic! The plastic bottle is made from the wrong material. Avoid. Pumped mechanism is good but need a new bottle made of the right stuff. As it is, avoid. AVOID. BAD. FAIL.

Solid mod

I don't use TC so cant comment on that aspect, allegedly forgets settings when changing batteries. But, for normal wattage only use its great. The "carbon fibre" stickers are quite soft and grippy in the hand, the 20700 batteries are solid performers though in tests they are 30A continuous not 40A. Just the usual lie on the stickers no biggie. Am hoping the future will bring more than 3000mAh capacity at 30+A, Should be feasible on this battery size format given some development time. The button is light to the touch and has good clicky feel unlike my previous predator 228 mod which was a P.O.S. and would not fire reliably and needed the weight of an elephant to activate. Had for about a fortnight, works well enough for me.

good replacement

Much cheaper than buying from Bose, great replacement. The plastic flap that connects the leather to the headset eventually comes free but can be re glued. I just have two sets and swap them round when required. But for a fiver a go, its almost easier just to buy new ones......
