Unbelievable customer service.USPS must have left the package in the heat for far too long. The shipment was packed with perfect care, and yet when I opened it, it released heat like a small oven. The worms didn't make it.I messaged the seller and sent a picture and received an immediate refund. They obviously value customer satisfaction.I'll absolutely place another order soon.

Prompt shipping and worms were packaged as promised. Unfortunately, all were DOA, but I chose not to have them held at the post office and I live in Florida. We are currently under a heat advisory in my area (105+ degrees) so I can't blame seller, as the box in it's entirety was in fact insulated and cold pack was indeed included. (though melted) fast shipping, and seller refunded without issue and promptly upon receiving my message. Recommend seller and worms.
