The shipment was packed with perfect care, and yet when I opened it, it released heat like a small oven. The worms didn't make it.I messaged the seller and sent a picture and received an immediate refund. They obviously value customer satisfaction.I'll absolutely place another order soon.

Unfortunately, all were DOA, but I chose not to have them held at the post office and I live in Florida. We are currently under a heat advisory in my area (105+ degrees) so I can't blame seller, as the box in it's entirety was in fact insulated and cold pack was indeed included. (though melted) fast shipping, and seller refunded without issue and promptly upon receiving my message. Recommend seller and worms.

- *****- Feedback left by buyer.More than a year agoVerified purchaseThis seller is honorable, and has a strong desire for customer service. 1st delivery: Majorly of (20) silkworms didn’t survive the shipment…6 did. I shared the issue with this seller. They immediately sent another shipment (no additional charge). Received the 2nd shipment. Dead on arrival. These carriers are absolutely brutal on silkworms, & their fragility!! Or…this sudden cold/snow blast destroyed ANY chance of making it to me! I don’t know! -But… the seller attempted to honor me TWICE!

I use this seller regularly and he always satisfies. Offers a variety of sizes at competitive prices. I've tried several other silkworm dealers but I keep coming back here. Best source I've found.
