Testors paint is the best hands down.
If you want to paint your plastic model kits, then this is the paint brand you want. Testors has been the leader model paint maker since at least the 70's.

Works as advertised!
I bought this item to convert my Aethern loco to horn hook from a knuckle coupling worked great. This will work on Walthers or Aethern trains. I have many old Tyco train cars/wagons and this item worked liked a charm.

Color was not accurate
I bought this paint expect a dark mustard type yellow which was used by German Afrika Korps in WW2. I painted a model with this and the color appears to be more of a greenish type color. Do not know if this was a bad mix from testors, but it was not the color advertised.
