try it.. it works...what have you got to lose
this is an excellent book for someone who is serious about stopping smoking...keep an open mind while reading it and it will work....i stopped smoking 1 hour after reading this book and have not touched one since...nor have i craved one....if you really do want to stop smoking give it a try...What have u got to lose...if it does not work..your no worse off
I have just bought another 2 copies for my family members who smoke too.....i have great faith in this book.
I knew after i finished reading it that i would never smoke again.
Just try it.....if it does not work....you have lost nothing

Works perfectly
Perfect fit in my boiler (Worcester) and works brilliantly. Saved me a fortune on the manual timer that broke

childrens favourites dvd
my children love this dvd i bought it to put in our caravan so they would have something to watch when we go away but it hasn't been out of our dvd player at home yet. they watch it every day and its now driving me mad but at least they are happy
