Not true to size
The shoes are beautiful and very good quality. I tried to put the shoe on and it is not a size 9.5. All 200 pairs of my shoes are 9.5. This shoe is more like a 9 maybe 8.5. The strap did NOT fit over my heel to get on. It's as though the shoe was made for a special kind of foot. I think that is the defect mentioned in the description, that the measurements were off. The shoe is not stretchy at all. I might see about giving it to my daughter who actually wears a size 8.5.
