Easy to use battery maintainer
This battery maintainer is very easy to use, plugging into the cigarette lighter in the inside of the Porsche on one end and into any electrical outlet on the other end with the two-prong power cord.
The device charges the battery and then maintains the charge. Porsche recommends such a device for the 911 997.2 (which I have), if the 911 is not driven regularly. This model of the battery maintainer has a setting to work with the lightweight (Li-Ion) battery that is an option for a Porsche 911 GT3, though I don't have a GT3 so I have not tried that setting.
