  1. I was supposed to receive the item on October 12, but I did not receive it until November 4. 2. The item did not work when I received it. I contacted the seller, and he said he had verified that the product was working before he shipped it. I explained that it is not working currently. I am still waiting for a response from him.

  Item was NOT as described; it was listed as being in good working condition, but drive belt was extremely dry rotted & items that were posted in description were not included. No response from seller until I opened a case. Seller accepted the return once I opened a case, but never contacted again and did not refund once he got the item back. Had to have eBay step in to get a refund.
