Epson Stylus NX400 LED Screen All-In-One High Res Inkjet Printer - needs ink

Does Not Print Or Copy

Followed directions meticulously to install and connect printer (I already have this exact same printer, so this is nothing new). Everything seems to work fine...except for one little thing: When I try to copy or print, it goes thru the motions but NO INK appears on the paper!!! Nor will it print a test page. Display shows ink cartridges are full and charged; paper is loaded; all settings are fine. But nothing comes through except blank sheets of paper!! Am asking for a refund and way to return this thing. Don Dietrich.
