  I have changed my feedback after receiving a message from the seller who was very polite and assured me he would have addressed the small issue I mentioned if I had contacted him, which I did not do. As I said originally, the packaging may well have been affected through the postal system but the seller said he has implemented measures to protect against a recurrence going forward, so I can t ask for more than that. Sellers who take feedback so seriously are good to deal with, in my opinion.
