How can I tell if it works????? Battery not charged, and NO CHARGER!!!!!! What good is a device with NO CHARGER??? Several times in the past, I received devices that where not fully functional,and I didn’t get upset !!!! This time I may have a reason to not order anything again. How can it be fully functional?? With no charger- - - keep making me say THE END WITH EBAY …. Would you like this to happen to you ?????????
