Jack of all trades master of one
The rack is very sturdy and does a great job with the organization of the dumbbells and the three kettle bells i have . However, I have Olympic plates from other brands and they are all very hard to get on and off Plate racks. I would only suggest getting this brand for the dumbbell portion w/o the plate option or going with another brand if you need both

It is not as quite as described but ever since it has arrived I seen a huge decrease in muscle soreness after workouts and an increase in my sleep quality. The light weight makes it easy to use anywhere. The adjustable speeds make it easy to tackle multiple muscle groups regardless of tenderness or sensitivity
