The unit has got problems with receiving DAB radio station when you have a dash cam or/and mobile phone charger plugged into the car.
They are interfering with the reception
You need to disconnect both for the DAB radio to work correctly. I have complained to Highways they said there is a disclaimer reference in the product booklet about interface with other items in the car that could affect it.
NOT HAPPY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE
