I works when nothing else did or has, at so far.
So far it's the only component that allowed me to fully use a TIVO with my non-HDMI compliant TV.

The Blue Tooth function didn't pair with my Starkey hearing aids.
It would pair with my hearing aids.

They are quite good but could be even better.
The glasses could be a more transmissive tint (a lighter tint) and be a bit better optically.
