High-end control plate.

It was a definite upgrade for my customer's guitar. Nicely plated. A little pricey, but perfect otherwise.

10.5" lid fits 10" All-Clad pan

I'm so glad I took a chance on this product because it was exactly what I needed. My only complaint was that it is misrepresented in the listing and on the packaging as fitting 10.5" All-Clad pans. Since All-Clad makes no 10.5" flying pans but the upper lip on my 10" All-Clad pan measured 10.5" I thought it was a safe bet that it would fit and it did- perfectly. All-Clad H-1 non-stick pans (and thus the lids too) are relatively expensive to buy but in the long run they last and function better than any others I have tried.
