Poor design - horrifically noisy!

Save yourself the headaches of having a Husky Centerline TS weight distributing hitch by purchasing a different brand. Husky customer support is non-existant and you end up with a pathetic, horribly noisy and embarrassing hitch in the end. Mine will most likely end up in a scrap metal bin if I can't redesign it (I'm an engineer).

Works like it should

I normally refill the black cartridge with bulk ink but periodically the cartridges fail or wear out. This time I decided to buy a brand new Cannon cartridge (rather than one that had already been refilled) to get the maximum number of my own refillngs before needing replacement. This new one is working as I would expect.

No documentation

Product arrived undamaged but there was no manual in the box and the manual was also not on-line. This is the second unit we purchased as the first was very durable and still in use at another location. I was looking for info on settings which I thought were programmable like temperature and cup volume adjustment which I thought I changed on the first unit once but maybe I am mistaken on that aspect. Emailed the company and have not gotten a response. Still a very god, simple and durable unit and would buy again.
