One of the biggest concerns when purchasing online is the return policies. Even though there was some miscommunication between me and the seller, when it came down to it, they refunded my money immediately. Despite the band being too short, it was very nice. Not every transaction can be perfect but when a seller is quick to rectify (for whatever reason) that means you can shop with comfort and rest assured that they stand behind their product. Seller seems very passionate about what they do.

That's why before ordering, I REQUEST that you leave full information about the leather strap including width, length, color, etc. Otherwise, we will make the basic size and will not be responsible for errors if you cannot use the leather strap. I state this in all product descriptions and my sales policy. We will never refund or make a new leather strap if the error is yours.
