Simple, intuitive, easy.
Doesn't get much easier, out of box and straight to use. You can use preset temps or set custom temps - it's a matter of hitting literally 2 or 3 buttons. The directions are honestly an afterthought. Not hard to use, easy to see, works like a charm, easy to see at night, and over all nice design. It's a one trick pony - a thermometer, but it's great at that trick. No complaints, no under or over cooked food. Definitely helped finding how the oven varies in temperature and works for two to nine straight hours with the smoker. Worth the investment when it comes to that much time spent catering to food.

The best.
You can't beat Darkglass when it comes to bass distortion. Across the board their products are unbeatable and the tone is to die for it.
