Great charger, short cable
Charger is original HP Touchpad charger (with North American AC plug) as advertised. The USB cable is not the original HP cable (which was a very robust cable) and is only 16" long. Nice packaging and fast delivery.

Real version of windows
After entering COA key it required using phone support. But the phone support is automated, and can even be done by entering numbers on a smart phone. Just took a few minutes to activate. No problems at all.

High-performance heat sink direct upgrade for HP Z400 computer
This is the high-performance heat sink for faster chips that need it. I upgraded my Z400 from an Intel W3505 (dual core) to a W3570 (quad core +HT). When I rebooted the bios warned that the high performance heat sink was not detected. I could bypass the warning, but I could see the new CPU temperature was rising too much. This heat sink was a direct replacement, same size and shape, but more cooling capacity. I swapped out the heat sinks and now the CPU stays cool, even with 8 threads at 100%. It looks so similar to the original heat sink it's hard to believe they are different, but they are.
