Works Great!!

I was very careful in changing out this chip and it works perfectly. It fixed the problem that kept the TV from responding to the remote control command to come on. Make sure to use a heat gun to remove the chip and cover the adjacent components with putty. Heat until it comes loose with a light touch. Then remove excess solder with copper braid and tin leads on chip then heat again and center chip where it's straight and all leads touch junctions. Let cool and inspect. Done!

Protects Your Cell Phone-You Need this!

This well-designed cable is a great idea for saving phones from being ruined from the bumping of the charging cable plug and tearing the phone receptacle from the circuit board on the phone. I have seen more phones than I can count ruined this way. This invention is simple but solves a serious problem: When a cable is plugged into a phone (or anything else) the plug acts like a lever and the force to rip the receptacle in the phone is multiplied many times when the plug is bumped which results in the part being ripped loose from the circuit board in the phone or a broken circuit board. This is a major problem next to broken screens, and if the receptacle is not broken it's stopped up with dirt after a while-this solves both problems! Everyone with a cell phone needs this cable.
