Sturdy, well made and spun on the threaded rod easily. I use them as a lock stop. Worked jut as I had hoped.

Trust Nikon for Great Value
I am a "precision" target shooter. I have guns outfitted with very good glass. I bought this scope for putting small groups in 2" targets at 100 yards. Fine cross hairs are critical. Yes, my $1700 Swarovski is brighter but iI get the same results with the Nikon 4.5-18X40. I have at least a dozen Nikon rifle and handgun scopes and haven't been disappointed yet!

Clean break at under 2 pounds
This trigger sear and spring kit installs easily in about seven minutes. The resulting trigger pull was smooth with a clean break at about 1.8 pounds. This is consistent with other Volquartsen kits for Ruger products. Quality!
