Hobby use: Yes , Production use: No
They work well enough for hobbyists. So they work well for me.
I would not advise these for production/retail because they are intermittent when you push the buttons.
I used these to make a Button Box for playing simulator games so it's not mandatory for them to be High Quality or Perfect.
I hope this helps you decide to buy this type.

LIR2032 3.6V Rechargeable Lithium Coin Cell Battery. Replaces most 2032
The batteries are perfect! However, the charger must have output spec of 20/mah or the batteries may become damaged.
I use these in my Oculus rift remote and my alarm clock.
