    Greetings, The item was shipped exactly as pictured (sitting on the desk) in the first picture and exactly as described, I'm not sure why you would think otherwise unless the item arrived in a damaged box with pieces broken off of it. I'm also unsure why you would leave negative feedback without contacting us first to inquire about any perceived issue you might have thought you had. If you had done so, we would have been happy to look into it for you. Thank You

    Seller was very responsive and easy to work with. I mistakenly thought the product was used since the bag was opened for pictures. The seller was willing to work with us on a potential return. It turned out we did not have to return it. Communication with this seller is spot on. I will buy from them again if the opportunity arises.
