History at its best, but not pleasant
This would be a great book for teachers to make some of the content available to students. Poverty and quality of life is unbelievable for the immigrants in New York during the time so many lived in run-down tenements.

Eist: Songs in Their Native Language CDI
I liked everything about this CD. It has wonderful songs. First heard it when I was visiting Ireland.

Engaging story about spies and the beginning of WW2.
I love history, and this drama takes place at the beginning of WW2. An engaging story with excellent actors. This is one of those dvd's that I could watch two or three times.
